For Ordinary Members (“A” Class Shareholders)
Notice is hereby given to all the Ordinary Members (“A” Class Shareholders) of Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society Ltd registered till 31 March 2025, that the 31st Annual General Body Meeting of the Society for the financial year 2024-25 will be held on Friday 26th September, 2025 at 5.00 p.m at Lokmanya Sabhagruha 568, Tilak wada, Narayan Peth, Pune 411030 Maharashtra to transact the following business.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. a) A link to download the Annual Report for the F.Y.2024-25 has been uploaded on the website of the Society. The Ordinary Members (“A” Class Shareholders) registered till 31st March 2025 can download the same from the website for their perusal.
2. b) Any member who intends to seek any clarification on any matter mentioned in the Agenda, at the AGM, shall send a query in writing, so as to reach the CEO at the registered office of the Society at least 3 days prior to the AGM.
